Enterprise SaaS / AI | High-Growth Scale-Up
This is not a role for someone who waits for permission. My client is looking for a commercially minded, highly autonomous Senior Field Marketing Manager to take ownership of field marketing activity across the UK and Europe for a fast-growing SaaS business selling into enterprise customers. You’ll be the kind of person who sees opportunities before others do, moves quickly and thrives in an environment where ideas are valued over hierarchy. You’ll work as a true partner to Sales, helping create and execute impactful regional marketing programmes that generate pipeline, deepen customer relationships and elevate brand presence across key markets. This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you’ll have the freedom to make decisions, test new approaches, and build programmes that genuinely move the needle. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll have regular access to senior leadership but the autonomy to run your region like it’s your own business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and delivering the UK & Europe field marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth targets
- Partnering closely with enterprise Sales teams to identify opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and support strategic accounts
- Developing and executing integrated regional campaigns including events, executive roundtables, ABM initiatives, partner activities and customer marketing programmes
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on measurable ROI and commercial impact
- Bringing fresh, scalable ideas to the table and knowing when to execute independently versus when to leverage agencies or external support
- Analysing campaign performance and continuously optimising activity based on insight and results
- Acting as the regional voice of the customer and market, feeding insights back into the wider marketing organisation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven field marketing experience within a B2B SaaS, AI or technology scale-up environment
- Strong experience marketing to enterprise customers across the UK and Europe
- A commercially driven marketer who naturally aligns with Sales and understands pipeline generation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Someone proactive, resilient and highly organised who enjoys operating with autonomy
- Comfortable being an individual contributor who can both think strategically and execute tactically
- Experience scaling programmes effectively while managing budgets intelligently
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across Europe
Why This Role?
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious marketer ready for more ownership, visibility and influence. It could suit someone looking to step up into a broader regional role or an experienced field marketer wanting to join a larger, high-growth organisation where they can make a genuine impact. My client offers the chance to join a business with momentum, strong leadership and a culture that values initiative, collaboration and creativity. If you’re someone with energy, ideas and the drive to build meaningful marketing programmes that deliver commercial results, I’d love to hear from you.
