A premium hospitality brand with a growing portfolio of restaurants situated within Central London is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and elevate the brand through strategic yet hands-on marketing delivery. With an exciting new restaurant opening planned for next year and ambitious growth targets ahead, this is a standout opportunity for a commercially savvy and creative marketing leader with a passion for hospitality.

The Role

As Head of Marketing, you will take full ownership of the marketing function for a small number of restaurants, responsible for setting the marketing strategy, driving customer engagement, and delivering measurable results across both digital and offline channels. This role perfectly blends strategy, creativity and execution. You’ll be equally comfortable shaping the brand story and creative direction as you are deep-diving into analytics dashboards, optimising paid media performance, and rolling up your sleeves to deliver best-in-class campaigns. Working closely with the Creative Director, you’ll also manage a talented Social Media Manager, ensuring consistent, high-quality content and brand storytelling that resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy across all venues, ensuring alignment with the brand’s positioning, business goals and revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive footfall, bookings, and brand awareness across restaurants, seasonal events and private hire spaces.
  • Own digital performance and paid media, creating and optimising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and other key platforms to maximise ROI.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to bring campaigns to life visually and conceptually – ensuring every activation reflects the brand’s identity and premium positioning.
  • Lead and mentor the Social Media Manager, ensuring content is compelling, on-brand and contributes to engagement and growth objectives.
  • Analyse campaign data and performance metrics, producing insights that inform future strategy and continually improve marketing efficiency.
  • Oversee partnerships, PR, and influencer collaborations, identifying opportunities to enhance the brand’s reach and reputation.
  • Support the launch of new venues, developing go-to-market plans that generate excitement and drive strong opening performance.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring maximum value and brand consistency across all outputs.

About You

You’ll be a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader, with a proven track record of delivering results within the hospitality, restaurant or lifestyle sectors. You’re as comfortable in front of a spreadsheet as you are in a creative brainstorm – blending data-driven decision-making with a flair for storytelling. You’ll have an instinctive understanding of what makes guests choose one venue over another, how to build loyalty, and how to translate a great dining or bar experience into compelling marketing activity. Above all, you’ll bring passion, energy and ambition – joining a business that values creativity, innovation and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within hospitality, F&B, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of multi-site marketing, brand consistency, and local audience activation.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google – from strategy and setup to optimisation and reporting.
  • Excellent creative instincts with the ability to develop and deliver cohesive brand campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset – confident using analytics to measure performance, inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Experience managing, mentoring or developing team members.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach – able to work closely with internal teams, external agencies and leadership stakeholders.
