Basic salary circa £35,000 plus commission (minimum £15,000 - £20,000); commission is uncapped and the opportunity is there to earn a lot more.

Kindred Recruitment is working in conjunction with a well-established UK body to bring on board a Strategic Account Manager with knowledge of health and safety and wellbeing training, qualifications and audit services in the workplace. This is a superb opportunity for a seasoned sales and account management professional to leverage their skills for an industry leading organisation.

As Strategic Account Manager, you will offer a consultative approach to solving clients' challenges across the areas of learning & development, training, health & safety, wellbeing, culture change and sustainability by suggesting relevant services across the full product range including the highest revenue generating services.

This is a strategic and consultative role, requiring someone who enjoys having conversations with decision makers such as HR Managers, company Directors, Sustainability Managers, Learning & Development professionals and Health & Safety Managers.
