Are you ready to shape the future of digital and eCommerce for an innovative, fast-paced SME fashion brand? This is an incredible opportunity for a commercially driven eCommerce specialist to join a founder-led fashion business with ambitious growth plans. You will play a key role in driving revenue, optimising digital performance, and championing sustainability within the brand’s eCommerce and digital strategy.
As the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Founder and collaborate closely with the marketing team. You’ll oversee the Shopify Plus website, lead performance marketing campaigns (Google AdWords and Meta), and refine the customer journey to reflect the brand’s values and commitment to sustainability.
Collaborate with the Founder and marketing team to align digital campaigns with business goals.
Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure alignment with the brand’s vision and objectives.
Website Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shopify Plus website, ensuring optimal functionality and an exceptional UX.
- Lead website development projects, liaising with external developers to deliver on time and within budget.
- Maintain a customer-focused website experience, driving conversions and reducing cart abandonment rates.
Digital Performance Marketing
- Leverage SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and reinforce the brand’s messaging.
- Manage affiliate marketing programs to grow brand awareness and sales.
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
- Own and execute the marketing calendar, integrating product launches and brand activations.
- Implement CRM and email marketing campaigns to enhance customer loyalty.
Trading & Analytics
- Analyse key performance metrics (KPIs) like revenue, traffic, and repeat purchase rates.
- Identify and implement new tools to improve eCommerce efficiency and customer experience.
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to optimize the digital funnel and improve KPIs.
Proven success in eCommerce trading and digital marketing within a fashion or SME retail business. Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and digital performance marketing platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, affiliate marketing, and website development. Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills.
