Overview

Designer / Graphic Designer – Full-Time Permanent

Location: South London Area – Hybrid 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home

Salary: up to circa £40,000

Benefits: 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays, free breakfast and lunch every day of the week, lots of social events, wellness programme.

The Role

As a Creative Designer, you will help shape the visual identity of the brand and deliver creative solutions that elevate the company’s marketing and product experience. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, development teams and clients to bring concepts to life across a range of platforms and channels.

This role offers variety across branding projects, marketing campaigns, digital assets, website design, UI/UX improvements, wireframing and content creation. You will contribute fresh ideas and solve creative challenges in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute eye-catching designs for marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Work on brand development projects, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Create UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes for website and product interfaces, focusing on usability and customer experience.
  • Produce engaging visual content, including graphics, animations, and infographics for digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to brainstorm concepts, contribute ideas, and deliver innovative design solutions.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, emerging tools, and technologies to keep the brand’s creative output fresh and cutting-edge.

What We’re Looking For

This role suits a creative individual who is brimming with ideas and has the confidence to bring them to the table. You’ll need to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment where no two days are the same.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a broad design role covering digital marketing, branding, and UI/UX design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva or Figma and ideally Adobe XD
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools for UI/UX projects.
  • Ability to produce creative assets for a variety of channels, including web, social media, and email.
  • A solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout for both digital and print.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools a bonus
  • Exposure to HTML/CSS or working with developers on web projects
  • Experience in a tech, SaaS, or fast-growing start-up environment
