Culture Change & Employee Wellbeing Solutions
My client is a specialist provider of culture change and employee wellbeing solutions, partnering with organisations to transform engagement, performance and workforce connection. With demand for strategic people solutions continuing to grow, they are expanding their commercial team and seeking a high‑calibre Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and build long‑term, high‑value partnerships. This is a consultative, solution‑led sales role — not transactional selling.
The Role
You will take full ownership of the new business cycle, from targeted prospecting through to close and ongoing account development. Selling into HR, People, Wellbeing, Health & safety and Culture leaders, you will lead insight‑driven conversations around organisational performance, engagement and behavioural change. Working closely with marketing, you will convert qualified inbound leads while proactively building pipeline through intelligent outbound activity. You will be comfortable navigating multi‑stakeholder environments, shaping proposals and articulating measurable commercial value. Once clients are secured, you will nurture and grow those relationships, positioning my client as a trusted partner in long‑term culture transformation.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate substantial, relevant solution sales experience within a comparable environment — such as wellbeing, culture change, HR services, EAP, L&D or consultancy‑led offerings. You will:
- Have a strong track record of winning and growing new business in a target‑driven environment
- Be confident leading consultative, value‑led sales conversations with senior stakeholders
- Understand longer, multi‑touch sales cycles and complex buying processes
- Be commercially astute and able to clearly position ROI and strategic impact
- Bring resilience, credibility and genuine interest in organisational transformation
Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is expected.
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to join a growing, purpose‑led business operating in a sector with real momentum with a fantastic set of values. You will benefit from a competitive base salary and uncapped bonus structure that rewards both new business wins and account growth. If you are an ambitious solutions seller who wants to work in a meaningful space — helping organisations create healthier, more engaged cultures — we would love to hear from you.
