Job Overview
We’re looking for a commercially minded Data Analyst to join the FDJ United Analytics team.
The Analytics team uses large volumes of data from a range of sources to understand our customers’ playing behaviour, interests, motivations, the effectiveness of our marketing spend, and much more.

Responsibilities
- User data analytics to drive evidence‑based decision‑making, improve customer experience and optimise operational efficiency.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to understand business goals and identify analysis projects to support these goals.
- Communicate findings of analysis throughout the business and recommend the next steps.
Qualifications
- Experience of data analysis in a high‑volume business.
- A record of turning data insights into actionable solutions.
- Experience of SQL and/or R programming language.
- Power BI is also an advantage.
- Ability to bring insights to life with effective data visualization and compelling presentation skills.
- Degree preferred in computer science, statistics, economics or other math/science related field.
- Experience of going beyond simply providing data and reporting, working closely with stakeholders, understanding their needs and recommending solutions using your analysis.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry would be an advantage.
