The Role
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our growing team.
Based in Worthing, you will work across West Sussex carrying out boiler installations, servicing, repairs, plumbing work and heating system upgrades. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing faults, completing safe and compliant repairs, and providing customers with clear, honest advice.
The role requires a professional approach, strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service while treating every customer’s home with care and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service and repair boilers, heating systems and plumbing fixtures.
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
- Complete routine maintenance and system upgrades.
- Install and maintain pipework, heating systems and hot water solutions.
- Provide professional advice and recommendations to customers.
- Complete job records and documentation accurately.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards, regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing and heating maintenance, installation and repair.
- Strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of heating systems.
- Competent in pipework installation, soldering and system configuration.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
- Relevant plumbing and heating qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds desirable).
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- F-Gas certification would be an advantage.
