Overview
Lead the Deputy Manager, Third in Charge and Room Leaders to ensure the highest standards of Early Years care and education across the setting. Maintain an organised, safe and stimulating nursery environment. Keep accurate records and ensure procedures are followed throughout the nursery. Help build and maintain a reputation as the setting of choice in the area for both children and employees. Model and monitor best practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Support and inspire your team across the nursery. Oversee the induction of new team members, welcoming them into the Kindred family.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Deputy Manager, Third in Charge and Room Leaders to ensure the highest standards of Early Years care and education across the setting.
- Maintain an organised, safe and stimulating nursery environment.
- Keep accurate records and ensure procedures are followed throughout the nursery.

Qualifications & Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Have good time management, meeting deadlines.
- Experience of leading and managing a team.
- Hold a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of the EYFS and OFSTED guidelines.
- Desirable: Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Mental Health First Aid, Experience with Ofsted inspections.

Recruitment Process
