In this role you will be joining our pharmaceutical production line in a controlled environment within packaging, working safely and in line with the highest standards of cGMP to meet agreed production schedules.
Working as part of a team responsible for running an inhalation production line, full training on all the departments processes, procedures and equipment will be provided. You will be required to follow all safety procedures/practices in your area to ensure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained. With good attention to detail, you will be responsible for completing/checking manufacturing records, ensuring they are legible and accurate.
Key Responsibilities- Actively engage in ensuring production and change over targets are met.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Proactively demonstrate forward planning, ensuring everything is ready for the next shift.
- Use escalation processes accordingly to raise any issues, minimising downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures and practices in the area, ensuring high standard of housekeeping is maintained.
- Complete and check paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, following the principles of ALCOA.
- Raise and complete improvement ideas.
- Show flexibility around the department needs.
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C/Level 4 or above (preferred).
- Experience of working in a production environment, on a shift basis.
- Good understanding of GMP is preferable.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, conscientious and proactive in approach.
- Take a positive approach to own training and development.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Salary c. Β£25,500 per annum plus 27% shift premium (increase after probationary period).

Shift Required: Onsite - 12-hour shifts which are 06:00 to 18:15 and 18:00 to 06:15 - average 40 hours per week.
Location: Derby Road, Loughborough. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
