Kindeva is currently going through a period of substantial expansion due to significant changes in the marketplace and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team in Loughborough. The products we develop and manufacture bring lifesaving products to patients worldwide, so join Kindeva and be a force for good.
Initially, the position will be involved in the setup of a new production line manufacturing the siteβs first green (low global warming potential propellants) inhaler. You will receive training in the new line and then be involved in producing the initial batches for validation. You will also be involved in creating and writing training documentation and work instructions for the line. This will be a day role working Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
Once validation is completed (approx. summer 2025), we will commence full running of the production line and you will move to working 12-hour shifts. You will then learn about and be involved in the normal running of the inhalation production line, ensuring production targets are met.
You will be required to follow all safety procedures and practices in your area and ensure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained. You will learn the importance of good attention to detail as you will be responsible for completing and checking manufacturing records, ensuring they are legible and accurate.
To be successful in this role we are looking for you to have:
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C or above (preferred)
- Experience of working in a production environment, on a shift basis, ideally in pharmaceutical or food.

- Punctual and reliable
