In this role you will be a key member of the Global Kindeva Drug Delivery Client Program Management Office (CPMO) enabling the cross‑functional delivery of the projects. This includes client and self‑funded New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and other business projects led by CPMO. You will be responsible for preparing, organising, and facilitating all processes to enable the CPMO office to operate effectively, including supply/demand planning, invoicing, finance reporting, and Teams site maintenance. Functioning as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for key Project Management systems, this role is pivotal to the future growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collation of global project data, including maintenance and generation of spreadsheets, functional supply and demand forecast data and productivity assessments.
- Update and issue S&OP charts monthly as scheduled.
- Organise and chair S&OP meetings, authoring and issuing minutes.
- Serve as the ERP system expert for non‑capex projects.
- Support CPMO system processes, including customer invoicing, purchasing, cost reporting and troubleshooting.
- Execute CPMO responsibilities in UK pick‑n‑pack processes and keep training material up to date.
- Provide admin support and act as SME for MS Project online.
- Provide support to CPMO for financial reporting.
- Attend monthly accruals meetings and provide system support for actuals and forecasts.
- Collate, analyse and present all CPMO project measurement criteria, e.g., On‑Time‑In‑Full data.
- Provide support in creating diagrams, charts and presentations for the CPMO department.
- Continuously improve project management processes.
Skills & Experience
- Computer literate in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint/Teams).
- Experience with D365 or similar ERP is desirable.
- Experience using Microsoft Project (maintaining project plans) is desirable.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 18 or older and eligible to work in the UK.
- 3 A levels or an Apprenticeship Level 3 in Project Management or equivalent education.
- GCSE Mathematics and English Language (grade A*‑C / 9‑4) or equivalent.
