Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a project/operations leader to oversee technical development of manufacturing processes at commercial sites and with Outsource Partners. You will manage schedules, budgets, and COGs while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure GMP compliance and successful phase-gate reviews.
You will lead project charters, develop detailed plans, and mentor staff to drive process transfers, product optimization, and new technology introductions.
