Overall Mission:
To undertake pharmaceutical production line operator duties, working safely and in line with the highest standards of cGMP to meet production schedules.
Role Overview:
You will work as part of a team responsible for running an inhalation packaging line to meet production targets. Training will be provided in department processes, procedures, and equipment.
You will be required to follow all safety procedures, maintain high standards of housekeeping, and ensure accurate documentation with good attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure production and changeover targets are met.
- Plan ahead to prepare for the next shift.
- Use escalation processes to raise issues and minimize downtime.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness.
- Complete and check paperwork accurately, following ALCOA principles.
- Propose and implement improvement ideas.
- Show flexibility to meet departmental needs.
Skills & Experience:
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C/Level 4 or above (preferred).
- Experience in a production environment, on shift work.
- Understanding of GMP is preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good spoken and written English skills.

Additional Information:
Shift Required: Onsite – 12-hour shifts from 06:00 to 18:15 and 18:00 to 06:15, averaging 40 hours/week
Location: Derby Road, Loughborough
