The Impact You Will Make: We are navigating a period of dynamic change and growth and looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team at our Loughborough site where we manufacture and package inhalation pharmaceutical products. Working within our Kindeva Drug Delivery distribution Centre you will provide picking, packing, receiving, and shipping services for both our internal and external customers, always maintaining GDP/GMP compliance.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Offloading / loading of vehicles as required using forklift trucks.
  • Pallet movement as requested into production related areas.
  • Maintaining good standards of hygiene and housekeeping around all distribution areas.
  • Ensure data protection activities pertaining to current employees, customers, and external customers are always adhered to.
  • Full compliance to GMP & GDP processes and procedures.
  • I.T skills and experience of Warehouse Management Systems (D365).

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing, warehouse or stores environment or similar.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C/Level 4 or above (preferred).
  • Full UK driving license required.
  • Valid Counterbalance licence is essential.
  • Reach Truck licence is desirable.
  • Ability to work on a shift basis.
  • Good understanding of GMP is preferable.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety in a distribution/manufacturing environment.

Additional Information:

  • Shift Required: Onsite - 06:00 to 14:15 and 14:00 to 22:15 (early finish 19:45 on Fridays) - average 40 hours per week.
