KinderWorld are looking to recruit a permanent full time Room Leader for our friendly, professional team. They will need to have a minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification. Candidates should apply if they have a minimum of one year's experience working in a nursery setting, and have experience with babies ages 3 months to 24 months and be familiar with the EYFS framework. You will need to have been in a room leadership position for at least two years.
Responsibilities include:
- High standard of play experiences and a fun, caring environment.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Managing a small team.
- Keeping children safe in education.
- Liaising with parents and outside agencies.
At KinderWorld, safeguarding is everybody's responsibility and the candidate will be required to follow safeguarding policies and procedures. They must have a good knowledge of keeping children safe in education. This post is subject to all required vetting checks and safer recruitment selection.
