About the Nursery
We are a welcoming and well-established day nursery providing high-quality care and early education for children aged 3 months–5 years. Our nursery is a nurturing, play-based environment where children are supported to feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. We pride ourselves on our strong team ethos and positive relationships with families.
The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our nursery team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, ensuring each child receives high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for all children
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Act as a key person, building secure attachments with children and families
- Observe, assess, and record children’s development using learning journals
- Support children’s personal care routines, including meals, toileting, and sleep
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusive practice
- Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed
- Work effectively as part of a nursery team and contribute to staff meetings and training
