We are seeking fun, kind, and caring Early Years Assistants with a genuine passion for Early Years to join our lovely nursery. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
We are based in South Croydon, Greater London and are a family-run Nursery that has been providing innovative childcare since 1995. At Kinderland Day Nursery, we provide an environment where children are happy, stimulated, safe, and healthy.
As an Early Years Assistant, your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Providing fun learning and care for the children
- Following the Nursery vision and curriculum to give children the best possible start in life
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with parents and carers
- Supporting children with their individual personal hygiene needs
- Providing effective and regular feedback to parents on their child’s day, personal development, and any other relevant information
- Ensuring a bright and stimulating attractive room with colourful appropriate activities and displays showing children’s work
- Assisting with care, maintenance, and security of all equipment and toys within the nursery

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday.
All applicants should be aware that a huge part of the role is ensuring children are continuously safeguarded from any harm. Any job offers will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, thorough referencing, an induction programme, and a 3 months’ probation period. All successful candidates will be given lots of training upon starting their role.
