About the role

We are a vibrant, laughter-filled early years setting where curiosity runs wild, imaginations soar, and no two days are ever the same. We’re looking for an Early Years Teacher who doesn’t just teach but inspires, nurtures, and occasionally pretends to be a dinosaur during circle time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead learning within our preschool room, helping children develop skills, confidence and independence before moving to Reception.
  • Plan engaging activities, support children's development, monitor progress and work closely with families to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
  • Create exciting learning opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration and a love of learning.
  • Direct a team, support colleagues, and maintain a positive, creative environment.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher (UK)
  • Experience teaching in a primary school and strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, play‑based learning and school readiness.
