Responsibilities
- Use the EYFS framework to help children grow into the best little people they can be.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with parents and carers, using open dialogue and regular feedback to support families.
- Look after every aspect of a child’s personal care needs each day, ensuring they are happy, safe, stimulated, and learning with us.
- Create and maintain an innovative learning space where children can explore and learn every day, guarding quality resources and both outdoor/indoor spaces.
- Promote a healthy lifestyle for all children, encouraging and supporting them at meal and snack times and ensuring plenty of active play.
