Do you believe a messy day is a GREAT day? Can you turn muddy puddles into the best learning adventures? Do you think “why?” is the most important word in the world? If yes… keep reading. This might just be the job for you!

We are a vibrant, laughter-filled early years setting where curiosity runs wild, imaginations soar, and no two days are ever the same. We’re looking for an Early Years Teacher who doesn’t just teach… but inspires, nurtures, and occasionally pretends to be a dinosaur during circle time!

We are on the hunt for a dynamic educator who can make a difference in our children’s Early Education. We want the teacher who can tell the best stories, take us on the greatest adventures, and inspire incredible learning each day. We want someone who can speak fluent “why?” and “but what if…?”. Someone who can turn a cardboard box into a rocket ship in under 5 minutes. They have a secret talent for storytelling, silly voices, or spontaneous dancing and believes outdoor learning should involve mud at least 73% of the time.

If you are a passionate, enthusiastic and caring Qualified Teacher who is ready for a change from the stress of the Primary School environment, why not join our friendly team! We have an ideal start date of September 2026 (opportunity for flexibility for the right candidate).

We are a well-established family‑run nursery in South Croydon and have been caring for and educating children aged 3 months to 5 years since 1995. We are proud of the warm, nurturing environment we provide and believe that our staff make the difference in children’s lives.

We are looking for someone who has experience teaching in a UK primary school and has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, play-based learning and school readiness. The successful candidate will lead learning within our preschool room, helping children develop the skills, confidence and independence they need before moving on to Reception. You will be responsible for planning engaging activities, supporting children's development, monitoring progress and working closely with families to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

We are looking for someone who is approachable, positive, creative and genuinely enjoys working with children. You should be confident in directing a team, supporting colleagues and creating exciting learning opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration and a love of learning.
