As a Teacher, you will:
- Implement KinderCare\’s curriculum in a way that is tailored to each child\’s needs
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
- Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
- Support your center\’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
Required Skills and Experience:
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
- Able to assume postures that allow physical and visual contact with children, and engage in physical activities with them
- Proficient in English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding to communicate effectively with children and parents
