40 to 50 hrs per week. Pay will be generous for the family's ideal nanny - A fluent Swedish speaker who can fulfil the role of fun nanny to the boys whilst also being a family assistant. Salary is £50,000 to £60,000, depending on your skills and hours you are happy to commit to. Around £50,000 for 40+ / - hrs, up to £60,000 for 45-50 hrs. Most likely you will not need to work the full number of hours, and will often be able to start work a bit later.
Assistant duties to include:
- Helping mother who works from home with house admin
- Food shops
- Keeping on top of dry cleaning
- House management
- General tidying
- Returns / packaging
- Boys schedule of play dates and classes provided children are not off sick and it is during term time
Start date February 2026 for long term. Can be an earlier (or later) start date if necessary.
Requirements:
- Speak Swedish and English
- Able to create a nurturing, safe, happy environment
- Be a good communicator, well organised, initiative
- Punctual, reliable
- Current valid Enhanced DBS - on the DBS update service (we can help you apply for new one if needed)
- Current Paediatric First Aid certificate
- Good references for recent and relevant nanny / childcare work
- Able to run after young children
- Can work well in shared and sole charge roles
- Experienced with 2 active young children
