A warm family based in Hampstead are seeking an experienced and nurturing Maternity Nurse to care for their two-month-old baby girl. This is a temporary role from April until early June 2026, with a start date around April, offered on either a 24/5 or 24/6 basis depending on the candidate’s availability. The position will be live-in during working days and live-out when off duty, with a salary of £420–£450 per 24 hours depending on experience.
The successful candidate will provide attentive, baby-led care, supporting feeding, sleep routines, and the baby’s overall wellbeing while also offering guidance and reassurance to the mother as she transitions back into work. The family are looking for someone warm, energetic, and enthusiastic, with strong newborn experience and a naturally supportive approach. This is a fully staffed household, with two rota nannies caring for the older child, so the maternity nurse must be flexible and collaborative, working comfortably alongside other staff.
A fluent English speaker is required, and the candidate should be happy around pets as the family have a cat and a dog. This is a lovely opportunity for a knowledgeable maternity nurse to join a welcoming family and provide valuable support during the early months of their baby’s life.
