-Taking care of our son including bathing him daily -cooking fresh food daily for him (no salt, no additives, no sugar) and clean the kitchen leaving it clean after having cooked -washing his clothes, clean his room and bathroom and play areas -bring him to classes daily (soft play, Jaego house, caterpillar class, painting class etc) -spend time talking to him, reading to him in German only -teaching him what he needs to learn at his age supporting him in his development / similar activities to the ones doing in kindergarten -very limited use of phone when with our kid. He needs full attention inside and outside the house. The nanny needs to be next to him when he plays outside home or they are outside home within a meter range -clean the pram The little boy will not go to nursery and the future plan is to have baby number 2 (not just yet!) so they will keep their nanny full time, long term.
Both parents work full time.
little boy is very sweet, smiley, happy, active. He LOVES cuddles.
His last nanny has been his only nanny and she spoke to him only in German, so he is used to this. This family is part German.
