Kind Support is seeking an experienced and highly skilled ICU Senior Staff Nurse to join the team at a luxury private hospital in London. The Intensive Care Senior Staff Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care of patients requiring level 2 and 3 care and are expected to be able to provide general and specialised direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organisation. The hospital offers a brand-new high-acuity environment with the very latest equipment, where caregivers are encouraged to grow their expertise across multiple specialties, and in collaboration with expert clinicians. Our Mission, ‘Caring for life, researching for health, and educating those who serve’, assures our unwavering commitment to professional development Key Responsibilities: * Suitable experience as an ICU Senior Staff Nurse * Provides direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2&3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of CCL. * Prioritises nursing care, recognizes deterioration in patient’s condition and escalates to the senior nursing team /clinicians immediately. * Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. * Assesses and coordinates patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
