Kind Support is seeking an experienced and highly skilled RMN Charge Nurse to join the team at the team at a private hospital in Nottingham. The role of a Charge Nurse is to lead by example and be a role model for the nursing team. We are looking for an individual who is able to support junior staff in their professional development, through excellent and effective clinical leadership, mentoring, teaching and sharing of knowledge and practice. The hospital provides acute adult mental health services, delivered in partnership with Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust. After two years of successfully providing services for women, they opened a second service in May on behalf of the Trust, for male patients and we are about to open our brand new PICU service. The hospital promises a challenging and fulfilling career with the support of a world class organisation willing to invest in your development Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing mental health needs and developing individualized care plans. * Teach and mentor junior nursing staff and students in best practices for mental health care. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring adherence to medical protocols. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and support holistic care approaches. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.
