Kind Consultancy is working with a well-established and succesful Financial Services firm which is currently seeking a Mortgage Sales Executive to join them in a full-time, permanent role in their Stockport offices, paying £30,000 to £33,000 dependent on experience.

The Mortgage Sales Executive, will deliver outstanding service both on the phone and via written communication with key mortgage brokers to build strong relationships, with key responsibilities including:

  • Responding to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information
  • Collaborating with with Account Managers, supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales
  • Updating the Account Managers with regular feedback from the brokers and in terms of the market, helping the account managers to identify new opportunities
  • Identifying intermediary needs, clarifying information and providing accurate solutions across all product offerings
  • Presenting a professional image of the company to deliver a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey
  • Managing new and existing relationships, promoting the company\’s products and services to immerse themselves fully in the policies, procedures and the culture of the business to enable a high level representation of the company at all levels with intermediary partners.

Our ideal candidate for the Mortgage Sales Executive opportunity:

  • Has a background in Mortgages
  • Has Telephony Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker
  • Has experience of answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls and managing inboxes/emails
  • Demonstrates exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Displays strong objection handling and problem solving skills
