Our client is a long established main contractor, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them one of the most exciting names in the London and South East construction scene! They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel and student accommodation projects.

Due to this continued growth they now require a high calibre Project Manager to join their team on an exciting new hotel new build in Aldgate.

The ideal candidate will already possess:

  • A minimum of 12 years industry experience - including No. 1 experience.
  • Residential or Hotel project experience.
  • A background with some main contractor experience.
  • Stable career history (ie good length of engagement).
  • Relevant industry qualifications.

In return for the above, our client will offer a highly competitive salary in the range of £80,000 - £90,000, negotiable on current level of experience + benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive contractor, with genuine opportunities for further career progression.
