Our client is a long established and highly respected main contractor with operations in the UK and Europe. They have an enviable portfolio of projects across high end residential, hotels, student accommodation and commercial sectors.
Due to continued growth they now require a talented and ambitious Project Manager to join their team and take charge of a £40m residential new build in Croydon.
The ideal candidate will already possess:
- A minimum of 12+ years industry experience.
- Previous experience as No. 1 Project Manager.
- A background with main contractor experience.
- Stable career history (ie good length of engagement).
- Relevant industry qualifications.
In return for the above, our client will offer a basic salary in the range of £80k-£90k - negotiable on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive contractor, who are very busy and have genuine opportunities for further career progression.
