Our client is an established main contractor operating across a range of projects including high end residential, commercial, retail, mixed use projects and more. They are now looking for a MEP Manager with design experience, to join their team and work on MEP aspects of a £45m residential new build in Henley-on-Thames.
Their ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 7+ years MEP Manager experience gained with main contractors or specialist sub-contractors.
- Some MEP design experience is essential.
- Previous residential project experience.
- Degree or diploma qualified in a related discipline – or a trades background.
