Our client is a long established and highly successful construction main contractor, working across a range of projects including residential, commercial, retail, leisure, mixed use etc. They’re looking to recruit a high calibre Senior Site Manager to join them on a £125m residential new build near Canary Wharf. The role will operate as No.1 to the project manager and oversee day to day site activity through to completion.

Their ideal candidates will already possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years industry experience.
  • Previous experience as Senior Site Manager with Tier 1 main contractors.
  • Medium / large scale construction project experience on full cycle of project - groundworks, RC frame, internals, externals etc.
  • Previous experience as site No.1 on medium / large scale construction projects.
  • Relevant industry qualifications.
