Our client is a main contractor operating across a range of project sectors, including: private residential, commercial. retirement living, hotels, retail, leisure, mixed use etc.
They currently looking for an experienced Facade Manager to join their team on a 60m residential new build in Clapham.
They need someone with:
- Strong experience in different types of facades.
- A proven background in facade management on largescale residential or commercial projects.
- A background with main contractors or specialist facade sub-contractors.
- Relevant industry qualifications.
Salary is negotiable on experience, but will be competitive.
