Our client is a long established and successful main contractor, operating across a range of sectors including: residential, commercial, mixed use, retail, hotels, leisure and more. They are looking to recruit an Assistant Façade Manager to join their team to run a £45m residential new build near Epsom.
Their ideal candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience in all façade elements – ie: scaffold, SFS, windows, external doors, roofing, balconies, GRC, traditional brick, brick slip systems, architectural metal work etc.
- Knowledge on materials used in the various different façade elements.
- Good knowledge of design, drawings, details, specifications etc.
- QA – completing and recording build stages.
- Efficient with construction management software programs.
- Awareness of HSE legislation and requirements and ensure these are being adhered to on site.
- Relevant industry qualifications.
