They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects. Due to this continued growth they now require a high calibre Design Manager to join their team on a large scale residential new build. The ideal candidate will already possess: * A minimum of 8 years construction design experience. * Large scale new build residential project experience. * Main contracting career experience – advantage. * Stable career history (ie good length of engagement) * Relevant industry qualifications. In return for the above, our client will offer a competitive salary negotiable on experience, but will be competitive.
