Our client is a long established main contractor, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them one of the most exciting names in the London and South East construction scene. They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects. Due to this continued growth they now require a high calibre Design Manager to join their team on a 100m residential new build in Silvertown.
The ideal candidate will already possess:
- A minimum of 10 years construction design experience.
- Large scale new build residential project experience.
- Main contracting career experience - advantage.
- Stable career history (ie good length of engagement).
- Relevant industry qualifications.
