Sales Manager - Construction
Our client is a long established and hightyly successful, national supplier of technical engineering solutions to the construction and civil engineering industries.
They provide a range of engineering systems that are an integral element of numerous successfully delivered projects for both main and sub contractor clients.
They are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Manager for their North of England and Scottish Borders region.
This is an existing territory, so there are plenty of clients to speak to from day 1.
They need someone with the following experience
- A background selling into the civils or construction industry.
- A field sales background - the proven ability to get out of the office, meet clients and discuss their requirements.
- Technical sales background - this is a solutions based sales role, so listening to clients, discussing what they need and liaising with your engineering team to make it happen
- Target focused, with the drive and determination to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Full UK driving licence.
In return for the above, our client will offer a basic salary in the range of £38k-£45k negotiable on experience, plus car plus OTE of c. £8k-£10k.
