Our client is a long established main contractor, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them an exciting name in the UK construction scene. They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects.

They are very busy at the moment and are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their London team, initially on a large commercial refurbishment project in Hammersmith, then other projects as your career with them progresses.

They need someone with the following:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role – assisting a site manager or PM.
  • Internals exposure on medium / large scale residential or commercial projects.
  • A main contractor background or fit out / refurb related sub-contractor background.
  • Ambition – this role is for someone who really wants to progress their career into management.
  • Trades background or degree qualified.
