  • Supporting M&A integration activity and value realisation programmes
  • Technology-enabled transformation, including AI and automation initiatives
  • Cross-functional stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
  • Building structure, visibility and control across the transformation portfolio (PMO discipline)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading transformation projects from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation
  • Defining scope, objectives, success measures and delivery plans aligned to business priorities
  • Building and managing detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies and RAID logs
  • Driving day-to-day execution, ensuring momentum, clarity and accountability across workstreams
  • Coordinating senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment across functions and leadership levels
  • Identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies with a proactive delivery mindset
  • Supporting business case development, tracking ROI and ensuring delivery against value targets
  • Establishing and maintaining strong PMO standards, reporting and governance structures
  • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, evolving transformation environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in consulting, transformation, PMO or technology delivery roles
  • Proven ability to lead projects or workstreams end-to-end in complex environments
  • Strong structured thinking with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear delivery plans
  • Confident stakeholder manager, including experience working with senior leaders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear, high-quality outputs
  • Experience working with technology teams and external vendors to drive delivery
  • Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management and reporting frameworks
  • Exposure to process improvement, transformation, AI or automation initiatives
  • Advanced MS Office skills and experience with PMO tools (e.g. Smartsheet)
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to link delivery activity to business outcomes

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • High-impact role at the centre of a growing transformation function
  • Exposure to M&A, technology and enterprise-wide change programmes
