We are now looking for a Transformation Business Analyst who wants to build a career at the centre of a high-growth transformation environment, gaining exposure to M&A, value creation, and technology-enabled change from day one.
This is a rare opportunity for a high-potential, early-career analyst to join a central transformation team driving strategic initiatives across a rapidly expanding PE-backed group. You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning process improvement, data-driven insight, M&A integration, and automation initiatives. The role offers exceptional exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to develop a strong consulting-style toolkit in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key areas of focus include:
- Business and process analysis across core operational functions
- M&A support, including operational due diligence and integration planning
- Data analysis to identify performance improvements and value creation opportunities
- Supporting technology-enabled transformation, including automation and AI initiatives
- Contributing to the design and delivery of scalable operating models across the Group
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mapping and analysing end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Documenting current and future state workflows, systems, and operating models
- Supporting M&A activity through operational due diligence and integration analysis
- Analysing financial and operational data to generate insights and recommendations
- Supporting the development of business cases, benefits tracking, and value models
- Assisting in the design and implementation of process improvements and automation opportunities
- Contributing to the creation of executive-ready presentations, reports, and documentation
- Supporting technology and AI-enabled initiatives, including workflow design and tool development
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery of change initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years’ experience in top-tier consulting (strategy & operations) or similar analytical roles
- Strong background in business analysis, process mapping, and structured problem solving
- Experience in transformation, system implementation, or M&A environments (highly desirable)
- Strong analytical capability with confidence working with data and insights
- Ability to structure complex problems into clear, logical outputs and recommendations
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of process mapping methodologies (e.g. BPMN or equivalent)
- Exposure to or interest in automation and AI tools (e.g. Power Platform, Zapier, Claude, Codex)
- Strong communication skills, both written and visual, with an eye for detail
