As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, oversee vendor selection, and ensure that initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope. You will also coach and lead cross-functional teams, champion change, and ensure that projects deliver tangible business value.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage vendor selection, procurement, and implementation of new technology platforms.
- Build, lead, and coach project teams across divisions, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Drive progress through governance, project checkpoints, and stakeholder communications, keeping senior leadership informed.
- Identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Maintain full oversight of project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Support change management, training, and business readiness activities to ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and compliance standards (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Evaluate trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value to optimize delivery.
About You
- Proven track record managing complex IT and business transformation projects end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience in technology implementations, system replacements, and multi-entity deployments (ERP, HRIS, CRM, finance systems).
- Skilled at developing business cases and translating strategic objectives into practical solutions.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams across multiple entities or divisions.
- Confident communicator with executive and board-level engagement experience.
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, adoption, and business readiness.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of project and portfolio management tools (MS Project, Jira, Visio, Clarity, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Practical understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Ability to anticipate risks and devise timely solutions.
- Collaborative, results-driven, and delivery-focused mindset.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
