What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and our operations running
smoothly:
• Use phones and emails to communicate with customers to communicate
any issues or to celebrate some good news.
• Make sure every interaction reflects our high service standards — accurate,
timely, and friendly.
• Book in deliveries and keep customers updated on any changes — keeping
everything on track and stress-free.
• Build strong working relationships with your colleagues across the business
— we work as One Team.
• Track and trace deliveries and keep customers up to date on any issues
throughout the day.
• Use simple KPI excel spreadsheets to keep a log of al deliveries for
selected customers for their viewing.
