Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment are looking to recruit a Contract Supervisor to join their team at their site in Crick. The role of the Contract Supervisor will be to supervise all aspects of the contract warehouse operation.
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 40 hours per week

About The Job
- Oversee daily operations of the operation ensuring efficient planning of volumes and workflow achieving KPIs;
- Oversee the daily and weekly planning and carry out advanced planning to ensure pro‑active plans are put in place for periods of peak and change;
- Use daily and weekly reports to ensure positive warehouse trends and any issues are resolved at point, using root cause analysis;
- Monitor safety and quality processes to ensure standards are maintained at all times;
- Ensure equipment is serviced and maintained as required and any near miss/incidents are investigated with root cause action taken, preventing recurrence;
- Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Management team in the creation of a culture of continuous improvement and to communicate any areas of concern or improvements identified to ensure that the most efficient and effective operation is being maintained at all times;
- Provide leadership and motivation to your team to build an effective and engaged workforce resulting in improved productivity and sustained customer service levels;
- Maintain the flow of communication to the customer end to end, manage customer complaints or queries, and oversee the communication of a 3rd party courier company delivering to the customer on behalf of Kinaxia to maintain high levels of customer service;
- Work closely with the Stock and Administration Team to ensure system and stock integrity is maintained.
