Overview
Panic Transport are recruiting an Apprentice Accounts Assistant to join their team at their site in Rugby. This section provides the responsibilities and requirements for the role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the accuracy and timely reporting on the sales ledger and the purchase ledger
- Ensure the purchase invoice log is current and follow up any outstanding unauthorised invoices with the authoriser
- Post and allocate customer remittances and receipts
- Credit control administration
- Perform bank reconciliation and supplier statement reconciliation
- Assist the Management Accountant with journal postings and reporting
- Raising sales invoices

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
