Kinaxia Norwich is seeking a Drivers Mate to join our team in Snetterton. Working alongside one of our professional drivers, you will play an important role in ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the driver with the safe and timely delivery and collection of goods
- Complete Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation accurately and record any shortages or damages
- Support daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Assist with loading, securing and unloading goods safely
- Follow correct manual handling procedures at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent Kinaxia professionally
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Comply with all Health and Safety policies and customer site requirements
- Work efficiently to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Drivers Mate, Driver's Assistant or within a multi-drop delivery environment
- Experience working within a warehouse, logistics or transport operation
- Confidence carrying out manual handling duties
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A professional and customer-focused attitude
