Kinara Group are representing a global leader in respiratory care and surgical solutions - a business with a reputation for clinical innovation and a product portfolio that genuinely improves patient outcomes. They're looking for a Territory Manager to cover the North of England (Liverpool, Manchester, M62 and North to Scottish Borders), primarily focused on Anaesthetic devices and Endoscopy.

The role: This is a clinical sales position working directly with consultant anaesthetists in theatres. You'll act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships and influencing clinical practice. Day-to-day you'll be managing and growing an established territory, delivering clinical training, tracking sales performance, and developing strategic partnerships with key accounts and opinion leaders. Full product and therapy training is provided.

Who they're looking for: Two profiles will be considered:

  • A medical device sales professional with 1-5 years' experience selling technical or clinical products into theatre or procedural environments, with a track record of navigating NHS procurement.
  • A clinical professional - anaesthetic ODP or theatre/endoscopy nurse - ready to transition into a commercial role.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are non-negotiable and a focus on commercial acumen is key to success.
