Procurement Manager

Reports To

European Head of Finance

Role Overview

Responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement function, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships and ensuring the organisation procures high-quality goods and services in a cost-effective, compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategy and governance.
  • Manage indirect procurement activities.
  • Lead supplier sourcing, tendering and contract negotiations.
  • Build and manage supplier relationships and KPI performance.
  • Oversee the procure-to-pay (P2P) process.
  • Monitor procurement budgets, spend and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure procurement complies with legal, ethical and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement or similar (or equivalent experience).
  • CIPS qualification desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years' procurement experience.
  • Experience within a regulated industry such as Medical Devices, Healthcare or Life Sciences preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO-regulated environments advantageous.
