We are partnered with a well-established and growing orthopaedic organisation seeking to appoint a Senior Territory Manager within its spinal division. This position offers the opportunity to manage and further develop a strategically important territory, working closely with consultant spinal surgeons and key hospital stakeholders across both NHS and private healthcare settings.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for driving revenue growth, clinical adoption, and account development across an existing spinal portfolio. This role requires a high level of commercial discipline, clinical credibility, and the ability to operate effectively within complex hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of a defined spinal orthopaedics territory
  • Development and execution of a comprehensive territory business plan
