The Contracts & Business Support Lead will support the growth of the UK business by providing coordination and oversight across commercial, contractual, and operational activities.

The role will act as a central point of contact across sales, applications, service, and HQ functions, ensuring contracts, tenders, projects, and customer requirements are managed effectively.

As the business scales, the role will help establish more structured and sustainable processes while supporting a strong customer experience.

  • Contract & Tender Management
  • Manage UK sales and service contracts, including review, administration, tracking, and renewals.
  • Coordinate UK tender submissions, managing timelines, documentation, stakeholders, and compliance.
  • Support commercial governance, pricing, and contractual terms.
  • Support HQ Finance with credit collections and overdue payments.
  • Operational & Project Coordination
  • Coordinate internal projects, installations, implementations, and cross-functional activities.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, scheduling, and resource requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication across internal teams and customers.
  • Customer Care & HQ Liaison
  • Act as the UK point of contact for customer care and service coordination.
  • Liaise with HQ teams across customer care, logistics, finance, and product management.
  • Support customer queries, order issues, service enquiries, and escalations.
  • Handle incoming UK service enquiries via email and phone.
  • Follow up on overdue customer payments in coordination with Finance.
  • Process Improvement & Governance
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Implement structured ways of working across the UK business.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and external requirements
