An exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to drive sales growth across the UK for a leading supplier of analytical laboratory instrumentation. This is a customer-facing role focused on developing new business, managing key accounts, and providing technical support throughout the sales process.
- Elemental Analysis
- TOC, AOX/TOX Analysers
- Atomic Absorption (AA) & ICP-OES/MS
- Ion Chromatography
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships
- Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, seminars, and other customer events
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer records using CRM softwares
- Provide technical advice and product training to customers
- Gather market and competitor intelligence to support business growth
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure excellent customer support
- Travel across the UK, with occasional international travel for training
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' laboratory experience using analytical instrumentation relevant to the product portfolio
- Strong technical understanding of analytical laboratory techniques
- Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
- Confident working directly with customers
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively, including occasional overnight stays
